Contacted hoping for help before i spend the money that i didn't have to a lawyer. This scam horrible organization did not even look at my case and send the complain to the same police station to investigate A TOTAL CLOWN OF A AGENCY. DO NEVER EXPECT ANY HELP FROM THIS CORRUPTED OFFICE A RETIRED COP INVESTIGATING ANOTHER COP WHAT A JOKE. EDIT: I HAVE WON MY CASE AS THE RACIST COP HAD NO EVIDENCE ON ME.

Will leave you more frustrated, upset, and simply let down with the situation your dealing with, but also in law enforcement in general! The investigators are corrupt, the damn manager Waheed doesn’t do anything..... literally! They will send the complaint to your local police to investigate. That’s right your local police will investigate his/her own local colleagues. You can only imagine what these characters are like... it doesn’t matter if you have recordings? or hard evidence, they will never help you! Do yourself a huge favour and don’t bother with this joke of a organization! Trust me

I, personally, had an officer be very discourteous and deny me access to a store based on my living situation. The Detective took my statement, took my footage and appropriate action was taken regarding said officer. (Confidentiality, omitted details) To all the 1-Stars, try following up on your complaints. Don't just report and wait, bug them about the case file. The squeeky wheel gets the grease.

The director say he will not go forward because it does not met "public interest" but if there are violations why does that matter they should deal with it.

They are either a mouthpiece for police and their union, not too smart, uncaring, or the organization has no teeth. Or a combination! Whatever the reason, this place is a waste of time and tax payer $s. DEFUND OIPRD!!!!

Last December I complained about a PC who intimidated me for his friend, a fraudulent lawyer- Tina Hlimi who used my personal information for a fraud. This extremely dishonest woman used her relation with this PC to intimidate me after I posted her fraud on Google review .Two PC from division 55 not only called me multiple times to intimidate me, but also threatened to give me a charge because of the google review and they believed whatever the crooked lawyer said-that I had been harassing her (it was a well-planned lie because if she didn't use "harassment", her police friend wouldn't have the ground to get involved) . Ridiculously, two police called me in different months because of the non existence "harassment" and their intention was they wanted me to delete or stop giving that so-called lawyer negative google review(which was out of the scoop of their job). In fact, that highly deceitful lawyer is the one who can't stop giving herself all these fake positive reviews to mislead others and she is true scammer. Finally the PC admitted what he did was wrong/inappropriate. I truly appreciate the officer from OIPRD who helped me with my complaint and he makes me feel like there is still justice.

It lacks integrity and do nothing to help the victim, on the contrary increasing police harassment of a victim by encouraging the police force to seek revenge on the victim for filing the complaint. Chris, one of their investigators did just that and will be facing Human Rights along with the organization for ignoring an ongoing issue.
