To be honest you dont even know he's examining you. Very gentle, quick and easy to talk to. His front desk staff are all very kind including his assistant. Great place ladies!!

Dr Lickrish is Amazing in my opinion. A long time ago he saved me when I was about 18 and we found out that I had cervical displacia (sp). He treated me at the hospital via laser surgery. To this day I been well, no issues etc. Ill never forget him.

Previous to seeing Dr. Jason Dodge I had at separate times ovarian and cervical cancer. When I had ovarian cancer I instructed the surgeon to remove both ovaries not just the one with the tumours. I asked for this because both times my cancer was estrogen positive at 3+ rapidly moving to stage 4. Lakeridge Health Oshawa did not remove the 2nd ovary. I wanted both out intelligently because if I had cancer 2 times both times caused by estrogen I felt it was best to have no estrogen in my body since estrogen had caused my cancer 2 times in 2 organs producing estrogen. I felt it best that I not have any organs producing estrogen to lessen my chance of reoccurring cancer in another organ via estrogen. My ovary with the tumours had been removed but the 2 ovary I instructed to be removed the OBGYN did not remove it and went against my instructions. Sure enough I got cancer a 3rd time Breast cancer stage 3+ estrogen I had the surgeon remove my breasts the aggressiveness was unreal 3 tumours in what the oncologist factored about a month. When I went for my pathology appointment I firmly told the oncologist due to having cervical, ovarian and breast cancer all by way of estrogen that ovary that previously I instructed to be removed to lessen my chances of another diagnosis of cancer via estrogen. The oncologist refused to remove. I may have never got breast cancer had the OBGYN done as instructed and removed both ovaries. I went online and researched fir an OBGYN Oncology at Princess Margaret. Dr. Dodge firmly agreed with me in a very rapid amount of time and he removed the remaining ovary in 1016 and Thank God I have not had any reoccurrence anywhere else. I would not trust anyone but Dr. Dodge he is amazing he saved me!!!

The best Gynaecologist ever! From his “ Hi” to his “goodbye “ he was perfect! He’s that kind of doctor that draws on the paper to explain your medical situation. Very caring, polite and professional! He explained every detail of my medical situation, heard me with full attention and was conducted everything very smoothly. He the best Gyn that any woman could ever ask for!
