The dr and staff are definitely not friendly or not flexible. Do not recommend.

Positive: Treatment has changed my life for the better. A lot less asthma and allergies with an easy treatment. Negative: Have to be on top of them for weeks or months for them to give you test results or for them to order your injections. Be aware of extra charges for consultation with no explanation. (If you don’t have OHIP). Lack of professionalism. If you have a problem during your treatment, have questions, etc don’t count on them for help.

I had my kidney stone removed few years ago. He was very good and friendly. Had follow up check every 6 months, he was respectful and hands on. You can feel comfortable and trust in his hand.

I have been coming here on a weekly basis since May '19 (transitioned to monthly appointments as of January '20). Dr. Lee is very pleasant, and answered all my questions. Anna has been administering my shots for months now, and it is pleasant every time. I recommend this office to anyone who needs consistent care with their allergies.

I can't help but have to give a negative comment about this doctor Jason Lee. He is friendly but doesn't always communicate all necessary information to me. The results of my first test at this clinic was not accurate, as I took an antihistamin before the test. They did not inform me that I should not do that before the test. Worse, I only figured this out after taking the allergy shots for 2 years (one shot per week for the first 6 months and one per month after that) but my symptoms did not improve much. I came back to his office for another skin test and the second test showed that I was allergic to more things than the first one. Only then, he figured out that the first test was affected by the antihistamin. Then, he suggested the pre-seasonal allergy shot (one shot per week for 9 weeks and repeat that for 5 years) without saying that the serum is for the weeds only (while I am also allergics to other things such as cats and mould). I just happened to figure this out by reading the information printed on the resum case while having the shot. However, by that time, I was at the last shot for the year. I reconnected with the doctor and he said if I also wanted shots for all allergies in one, I have to do the shots all over again - order new serum for the regular allergy shot (one shot per week for 5 months and 1 shot per month after that for 4.5 years)... If I knew the pre-seasonal serum is only for allergies with the weeds, I would go with the regular allergy shot from the beginning. I am wondering if he was in my position, what he would feel.? While I appreciate that he is friendly, I didn't visit his clinic to make friends with him. I went there to have the allergies treated. I hope this doctor will put more thoughts into what he says or cares more about this job. Also, he should also work on communicating the right information to the patients, so that they can make informed decision.

Dr. Jason Lee is a shame to the medical community. Dr. Jason Lee is lazy, unorganized and all around the worst allergist I’ve ever encountered. If possible ask to be referred to another allergist as he is only in the medical field to gauge the Ontario health care billing system. Shame on you Dr. Jason Lee.

Hi, I understand there is a process and there can be long waiting times, however I was told that I’ll receive a call back in 2 weeks, thereafter when I called I was told I’ll get a call back the same day, and the next day on calling - asked to wait another week and try again. In addition, there was the lack of empathy and kindness with which the receptionist addressed my problem. I reach out to a doctor’s clinic because I’m suffering, to demonstrate a lack of human empathy is not appreciated. While I won’t be visiting and cannot review the doctor, my first step of interaction with the clinic was dismal. I’m still waiting for that call back.

Dr Lee is terrible! He prescribed asthma injections that’s for severe asthma which mine isn’t. One injection is $1400. After taking several injections, I found out from another specialist that I should stop it immediately and it should’ve never taken it. I also advised Dr Lee that the inhaler he prescribed was giving me adverse reactions (increased shortness of breath) and he told me to reduce the dose instead of stopping it. I advised him I had concerns with taking the covid vaccine because I had been diagnosed with myocarditis in recent years. I asked for his opinion and he agreed that I was right to be cautious and advised that I not take it until I get cleared by a cardiologist. He then wrote a letter to my GP lying that I “refused” to take the vaccine against his advice and he is not responsible for any repercussions. This is obviously different than the conversation I had with him and I did not find out about this letter until after I stopped seeing him. I had an appointment with him months later and he asked me if I’ve been vaccinated. I told him no reiterating the concerns we discussed but advised him that wasn’t the reason for this appointment. He abruptly cut me off and said “there’s nothing more I can do for you” and ended the appointment. So he basically discriminated against me and refused medical care because of his personal bias about the covid vaccine. He is unethical, a liar, and should have his licence revoked. Stay away from him!
