I called to inquire about furniture. The woman that answered the phone was very rude. I asked her how she was doing and she then asked me what I want. Bad customer service.

Doesn’t even deserve the star. Overall lots of cool stuff but if you read the reviews the lady that works there is super rude. I walked in and had my phone out and she yelled at me haha. I instantly walked out because I do not support a business with bad customer service.

Bought a very expensive chair here and the customer service was so bad that even the distributor was shocked. I ended up having to work directly with the distributor. The store also seems to operate without using any computer systems, which is incredibly frustrating if you are a customer... imagine waiting for them to try to look up your file by going through filing cabinets.

It is like walking into a Harry Potter or a surreal decor. Loved the choices, the originality and history of the objects. The best is the owner, a warm, charming man full of stories on Toronto with a great sense of humour. A "shop" not to be missed!!!

Wandered around gushing over their antique books and trinkets. Shop owner very conversational, showed me side areas of the shop and was interested to talk about the books I found and why I was interested in them. A unique, intimate experience. I love vintage oddities, and this was a nice way to spend an hour.

Was excited to go into a unique collectors shop, looking for one of a kind finds and instead found a miserable old lady who practically bit my head off and scolded me when I went to take a photo (without flash) of a piece I found that I really liked. I always try to be respectful, when entering unique shops as such, only looking with my eyes and not touching, but I immediately no longer felt welcome and left, and I won't be returning. I understand asking me about the photo, and I probably should have asked now that I think about it, but there is definetely a more kind way of approaching a customer about it. Ruined a lovely Saturday morning.

Wanted to buy a chair, they had some Herman Miller pics online. As soon as I walked in the sales person asked me what my budget was. I shrugged and said "as cheap as possible I guess". He just pulled off a grimace, said they don't sell chinese stuff and I should just go to Staples. It was very clear he wasn't interested in selling me anything. Extremely rude. Should've read the reviews first before going since this seems to be common here. I done ever write reviews, but this one was worth my time Don't go to this store.

A fun experience chatting with the owner and we found exactly what we were looking for. He'll give you a deal!
