He always showed up 15 minutes early to viewings, kept us posted on the status of the rentals/market, and made sure to translate all of the legal jargon for us. Brett found us the perfect home, and when went to pick up the keys, he met us with a bottle of wine in hand to welcome us home. Thank you Brett!

He was very polite and always went the extra mile to accommodate me and my needs.
He took time to explain paper work to me and the lease he presented were very complete and had clauses that I’ve never thought of in having in a lease but most definitely protect my interest
Brett just did a great job and I will be working with him again and I do recommend him to anyone with a rental property. He is the person you need to guide and help you find great tenants.
