Have been working with Dwayne for over a year now but the market was never in my favour because of my budget and the rapid price increase, then comes COVID along with lower interest rates and less bidding war I feel this was my time I called Dwayne up and say let’s hit the road, I must say he was a lot hesitant because of “our safety” me: “Real Estate is an essential service my man let’s go!” it took him 2 days to find us PPE and off we go.
