We had been looking unsuccessfully on our own for one month, and once we got in touch, he found us a place in one day. We were so satisfied by his professionalism that we got in touch again in the fall of 2019, this time to buy a place. We started looking in earnest in February 2020, and then he told us that usually, the process takes 3 months. 2.5 months later, we had secured a purchase. Throughout the process, Wyatt was thoughtful, efficient, very reactive, always available to let us see a place within 2 days at most, often the same day. He was supportive after one of our offers would fail, encouraging when we would be into a place. He would always carefully explain to us the pros and cons of a place, he would highlight the ones he favoured (we often found ourselves in line with his opinion), and never pushed us into buying. He is also a great human being, smart, cultivated with good humour. He loves this city, knows its history, and always has fun anecdotes about every neighbourhood. We highly recommend and hope to keep doing business with him in the future!
