J	Janberk Ruscuklu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Helpful security. Nice lobby. Some units have good layouts. Nice rooftop. Incompetent board. Very Low quality materials used in the units including interior walls. Some neighbours are friendly but mainly gossipy behaviours all over the place. Overall, you get what you pay for unless you bought from preconstruction. Some penthouses are good value. Average and not close to prime building and services.

The security staff are approachable and helpful. The property manager Genta is very communicative and quick in resolving issues. Definitely a great building to live.

St. Lawrence Market is very close. There’s also a convenience store in the building. The gym is good. The highlight is the rooftop though, in the summer. Great for barbecuing and enjoying the city view.
Y	Youtuber Yung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its a luxury condo at premium location in the heart of downtown toronto. Close to st lawrence market, ryerson university, restaurants are nearby. Grocery stores are all in walking distance. Right now this building is the centre of adelaide st E.
C	Cirek One on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is NOT a "luxury" condo, people are overselling it and have low standards for sure. 2018 to 2021 corner unit 1+1 facing south west: Poor insulation side to side hearing kitchen noise, very poor from the ceiling hearing the neighbor sneeze (yes!), hearing the above bathroom, people talking, loud vibrations when the staircase was getting cleaned (Yes!). Low quality/cost construction material, a lot of defects when supposed to be new, windows dilation with heat cold always like a "cracking/bang" type noise happening. Fire alarms day and night, 3 elevators only in each tower and extremely slow ones. All small amenities, small roof top, BBQ were not functional, very dirty garbage room at the lobby level, very small garbage chute 1 only instead of 2 and too often out of service, expensive public parking, construction noise and dirt in the air, on the windows. Low quality condominium unfortunately like many of them, nothing special here.
J	Josie Calderon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved living in this Award Winning Luxury Axiom Condos! Rooftop view, lounge canopy bed/chairs and grill are amazing and so are other amenities. High quality condo units built fixtures and construction, friendly Concierge, management and an excellent condo board in place who have managed budget very well and have kept maint fees low for almost 3 years.

Staff and neighbors are friendly and respectful. There is a mix of new families, young professionals and retired people. The location is great with an amazing Italian restaurant down stairs and close to a grocery store and king East restaurants.
