I had been going to this location for over 5 years, but it looks like they have a new staff not properly trained. Also waited 1 hour extra for my appointment while holding fluid in my abdomen. Totally unacceptable!
L	L P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super busy, which is why I like to make an appointment. Regardless, they kept me waiting for 45 minutes with a full bladder. I was extremely uncomfortable to say the least. If appointments are taken, I expect the time to be honored. I would let it slide if it was a one-off, but they are consistently tardy. When your bladder is full to the point of pain, that's just unacceptable.

Note to clinic: Have consideration and place a note at your entrance if machines are on service. This way your clients are not waiting in line for no service. It's a no brainer
