All the medical and administrative staff was extremely helpful and friendly - we have to single out Claudine for her super attentiveness and care! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a walk-in ECG and to my surprise I was seen quicker than expected. The cardiac tech Andy explained everything thoroughly and made the experience very smooth and fast. She was very attentive, kind and professional. Great service and inviting environment. I would highly recommended this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two family members have been assessed at the clinic. Excellent clinical professionals, and excellent patient skills. During bad Covid times, elderly patient was kept safe. Manager took care of that situation. Would recommend, especially for seniors, and during Covid.

I was treated with care and respect, something, as a senior, we don’t always receive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff and technical staff were professional and friendly. There is no free parking so I just took the Subway because it was just much easier. During the construction you can just walk right through to the back instead of circling around to go to the back and save a few minutes walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seldom write a review however I have to say my experience at the Davisville location was out of this world.
From the time I walked in the door the receptionist was kind and compassionate and very professional. Her demeanour when dealing with unruly clients shone to the forefront when I witnessed her dealing with an obnoxious and belligerent (Mr. Sherman) at approximately 1230 pm.
The two young technicians, (Maria and I didn’t get the other young ladies name) were absolutely amazing.
Their bubbly personalities made my experience very more than pleasant.
The team work that I witnessed was stellar. If I ever had to work in the medical field I would certainly wish to be part of such a kind, caring and compassionate team that I witnessed and experienced at your office.
I wish to throw a bouquet to your team as they are truly amazing.
Keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were extremely friendly, professional and well informed. They put me at ease by chatting and joking. Andrea was particularly gentle while inserting my intravenous, while Dan took my focus off of the actual physical test by telling me amusing stories. The facility was clean and modern. They even had glass partitions between chairs in the waiting area for COVID protection. I would definitely choose this facility again if/when I require the same type of diagnostic testing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and efficient staff! The clinic was clean and modern. The covid protocols were really good and comforting.
Everything went on time and as scheduled. The reception staff were beyond pleasant. The clinicians kindly explained everything that was happening and made me feel immediately at ease.
I would gladly go back here for any test they offered and that I required.
