The check-in process was fast and my appointment started right on time. Both technologists who performed the procedures were professional, informative and friendly. I highly recommend booking an appointment with them.

Would have been five stars except the email says to arrive early yet don’t mention that if your appointment is at 8am not to arrive early else you might have to sit out in the foyer. The reception area is oddly set up also as the lineup blocks the door for people exiting.

The lady who checked my temperature was extremely rude because I had been waiting in line with the other patients. Since they were walk-ins, the other patients told me that I could just go in because I had an appointment, so I did. The lady was extremely rude when I passed. I did not mind turning around for her to take my temperature, but she was very rude when she told me to come back. She was also rude to the walk in patients waiting. When I finally made my way to the desk, the lady who took my requisition rushed me to get my health card out. She said you are the last appointment and we are done here at four in a very snarkey manner. I also tried to explain that I had tried to book my appointment online in November. Nobody responded to my appointment request, and I waited a month and a half. So I attempted it again, and thankfully someone emailed me back a week later with an appointment. The lady at the desk did not even want to hear me out. I understand the medical field is stressed, however I work in hospitality and could never get away with that type of treatment.

Irina was able to check in with the radiologist to make sure that she got all the images necessary. I really appreciate her attention to detail. I’m just a bit anxious to know the results but that’s to be expected. I was informed that my doctor will receive the report by tomorrow. Thanks all ??
C	Carlie McGhee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a high risk pregnancy, so I've been a bit uneasy this whole pregnancy and ultrasounds have become a tad nerve raking. The tech I had for my first visit was not very welcoming. I felt like I was a major inconvenience. I had some basic questions and she literally scoffed at me and rolled her eyes. I tried to book another appointment at 32 weeks, and the receptionist was NOT nice. I understand things are busy, but kindness goes a long way. Everyone could use a crash course in bed side manners at this place. So many other places to go in this city that treat pregnant women with kindness.

She was pleasant, efficient and most importantly, kind. Techs were also amazing. Great service. Parking has become a challenge but worth it for the service received.

Both front desk staff and mammogram technician were friendly and professional . I was early so I was actually in and out at about the same time my appointment was scheduled. Also was impressed with the young lady who scheduled my appointment. She called me within a couple of hours of my contacting the clinic on line . As well as my mammogram, she arranged for BMD tests for my partner and myself back to back at a future date. Much appreciated!
