M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible patient flow management, especially during time of COVID. Website says opens at 7AM. No indication that appointments were available. I thought I would call even though it was a Sunday as I thought it was odd not to have appointments during these times. Phone message makes not mention of appointments but did say the office opens at 7:30AM. Decided to go for 7:30 Monday morning. Was told that the x-ray Tech didn't show up till 8. Asked if I had an appointment. I did not but said I would gladly take one for later that day. Was told to come back at 1PM. Showed up for our appointment and sat around for 50 minutes patiently until I decided to ask about our 1PM appointment. Reception reacted as if they were not aware of our appointment time. It was at this point some paper shuffling occurred and we got called in 3 minutes later. The amount of negative reviews speak for themselves. It's a shame as this is important healthcare work for people who are likely experiencing high levels of stress in their lives already. Try to find another location if you can, you'll likely save yourself some aggravation if time is a consideration.
D	D May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find all staff here very kind. I've been getting my ultrasounds done here with this pregnancy and wish I did the same with my first. The techs are very gentle. Tatiana is so kind.
C	Christina Raj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my first Dating Ultrasound here today. The lady at the reception greeted me warmly, she was very friendly and helpful. I had pre-booked my appointment via phone and was called in at the exact same time. The doctor who did my ultrasound walked me through the process and provided me with all the information. They also provided me with access to all the ultrasound images. The clinic was clean and hygienic and all safety procedures are being followed. I will definitely visit again for all my future ultrasounds.
R	Roula Alnajjar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my anatomy scan and it was great. I got into time and no wait time, the place very clean and all the staff very kind. The techs are very gentle and make you feel comfortable and even go through your baby during the session. Definitely will go back

She also gives me free 3D ultrasound photos and uploads all 90 photos from each appointment onto an online gallery for viewing after. Such a treat for parents/grandparents where appointments are solo.
W	Winter 2018 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I had a test done in this clinic. Did not know what to expect. However, I am very happy with their service. Receptionists were very professional. Tech was very nice. She kept asking me if I was ok. I had same test done in different place last 5 yrs and not a single tech had the curtsy to ask that simple question. Clinic is also very clean. P.S I wish this clinic was close to home, so I did not have to do long commute.

I was seen on time, the technician showed me the screen and explained what I was looking at, and I was given access to the images online after the appointment. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to come back for another ultrasound! Traffic can be busy in the area. For free parking, I would recommend residential street parking nearby - lots of availability North and South of Eglinton.
M	Monica Song on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the receptionist to technician, they were all so kind and welcoming. I went in for 20 weeks anatomy scan and couldn't be happier. The technician was very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I will be coming back again although it's far from my home.
