S	Stephlynn T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait was a bit longer than I expected (make sure you bring a good book lol) but they DID manage to book me an appointment at the last minute AND managed to get my results to my doctor exceptionally quickly (in time for my doctor's appointment the next working day). I found the ultrasound technician didn't communicate very much what was happening, but that might just be the nature of ultrasounds. I did notice signage asking patients not to pester technicians for a diagnosis. I'm not sure if that means they can't objectively describe what symptoms they are observing, though. Perhaps that's just the nature of things. The front desk staff were very kind and caring. They prioritized a waiting patient with an appointment after mine who was visibly uncomfortable after drinking so much water and having to wait so long, but I think that's the humane and professional choice. It's a good thing that my schedule was flexible, though. Someone with a tighter schedule might have been less content. If I could, I would more accurately give 4.5 stars.
S	S. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter to Annex Medical Imaging for her X-ray on Tuesday June 22, 2021 around 1:30pm. We asked for a female technician since she is uncomfortable with male tech. As they didn’t have any female tech, we decided to proceed with the present male tech. He asked if I wanted to accompany her to the X-ray room, and I agreed. Everything was going well until he finished doing X-rays and told us to look for female technicians next time in a rough tone. I didn't like his attitude as it’s always my choice to decide where to go.
A	Amanda Lince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here, was good overall. I was impressed with staff and technician on the 5th floor, doing pelvic ultrasounds etc. She was kind and professional. I also appreciated the receptionist on the 3rd floor. That was where my good experience ended, unfortunately. The tall female technician doing my mammogram was rough and impatient when I could not understand her. Was she having a bad day? Given the vulnerability of this exam, I can not recommend this business for mammograms.
S	Simone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I told the receptionist I had an appointment when I checked in, to which she said 'please have a sit'. 20 minutes after my appointment time I was still waiting and decided to ask how much longer it would be. Only then she told me my appointment wasn't in the system and they were waiting for the technician to arrive. Mistakes happen but if she had told me from the beginning I wasn't in the system the decision to wait indeterminately would have been mine. Definitely not going back to this place ever again.

They've been very accommodating even when I came without an appointment. The MDs and RNs are helpful and gentle. They're also conveniently located on the same floor with Lifelabs so very convenient if you want to complete blood work and Imaging services in the same morning/ afternoon. Would totally recommend this place to everyone.

Have been here many times and the people are so friendly and professional and when I’ve been in a lot of pain they’ve squeezed me in and taken great care of me. The people are very caring and answer any questions I’m concerned about. It’s right across from Bathurst subway station for anyone not from the area. I highly recommend them.

When I called they didn’t have one but put me on a cancelation list and called me when someone cancelled. Everyone was super friendly and amazing - the receptionist, the ultrasound technician and the x-ray technician! Thank you for a great service!
