Across many visits the rotating staff of doctors has be professional, kind and helpful. The building is a bit worn down. Highly recommend if you need a clinic in a pinch.

Don't waste your time with registering with Dr Christopher Gin. Absolutely the worst experience with a Family Doctor. He cares only about how many times he can swipe your OHIP card, not your health. Been going to this walk-in clinic since 2012. My first Dr there was Dr Sohal, he was great, he listen, courteous and had time for his patients even though he was busy... it's a walk in clinic, it's always busy. When he left, I had Dr Brian who was also really great, listened to ALL my concerns and gave amazing advice. I have asthma and have really bad body aches from a vehicle accident, so I need refills pretty often, but when I visit my dr, I bring up a few of my issues along with my refills ( no not pain killer meds), I do not have time to go back to the doctor's 3 times a week whenI plan a visit. When Dr Brian left, I unfortunately went with Dr Gin! First visit was virtual and right off the bat, you can tell he could care less about your issues rushing you off the phone. He asked me to come in, so I went in, obviously I had a few things to discuss and get refills on. You can tell that he was annoyed that I was bringing up other concerns but stayed in the room and made sure to let me know that he only doesn't one concern per visit as he is busy. AREN'T ALL DOCTOR'S BUSY? I know "ONE CONCERN PER VISIT" is a thing, but it has never been applied to me with my history of asthma prescription refills plus more! Anywho, 3 months later, I called and had another virtual meeting with him for refills and when I tried to mention heart pain, he cut me off and told me I had to book another appointment. I told him I had that issue and another to discuss, and that I shouldn't have to book 2 other appointments, he told me he can't help me as he is 'too busy'! He is clearly not in the right profession for the right reason and only for the swipes. ?

I called them for making an appointment but they don’t have doctors :(They have only telephone consultation. I had skin issues, so I wanted to see doctor. what’s happened this clinic. Person who took my phone call was nice, but you guys need doctors though.

Just a heads up ..Do not go if your expect to speak to a doctor in real life, I wish I read the reviews prior. If you don’t mind being assessed by a medical assistant and only speaking to doctor via zoom then this is your place but if not , go someplace else or like they told me “ call before to ask if there is a physician available on site”. Pharmacist is very nice

I call so many times during business hours and the secretary was not there . I sent 2 emails around 10 am mentioning I was needing to see or talk with a dr because an ear infection and "Shirly" answered around 4 pm mentioning "we have no in person service " but not offering any service at all. Then I asked her to provide me a phone call appointment and she didn't answer anymore. LAZY FAUX DOCTORS and assistant. We are all working! Do your job and respect the Hippocratic Oath

My experience with Dr. Gin has been very good so far! (This is my third family doctor at this location). Unfortunately it's hard to get through on the phone to make an appt and the receptionist always seem very rushed on the phone. I understand they are busy but it can be frustrating at times.

If you have the unfortunate experience of getting Dr. Gin as your walk-in doctor, do yourself a favor and just hang up. plenty of other places in toronto that won't make you feel like your health problems are 100% your own fault. Don't give this man the time of day. Bye! Will NEVER reach out to this place again. terrible doctor, terrible experience.

I called in to verify information from a previous inquiry. The receptionist was rude to me for calling again by being hostile, short and dismissive. It really turned me turned off. I see there are previous comments that support my experience. Please consider taking some customer service training. Kindness goes a long way! Reply to your response: When I called yesterday you transferred me to a staff member who kindly confirmed that my senior relative was a patient at your clinic. When I called again I wanted to verify the doctor because this physician was not listed on your website and I wanted to know why. This is when you became belligerent and you did not give me the chance to speak. You may think that you were not being rude or hostile but other comments in the Google reviews say otherwise about your attitude. I do not have further questions and I'd rather not call back. Thank you!
