The sessions have been extremely helpful in achieving overall balance and in reducing chronic pain. I leave the treatments with a sense of calmness and can physically feel the changes. I've seen Erica a couple of times and while her approach is more gentle, it is effective and enjoyable. Highly recommend Christie Integrated Health Center! Big fan.
