Admittedly, looking inward wasn’t always easy, especially walking into the liminal space of my psyche. But, with Satyam’s steadfast presence I found courage to step into all I can be. This inner work also brought about healing of some persistent physical ailments as I now enjoy restful sleep, digestive ease and greater body confidence.
