Much appreciation to Dr. Msika for taking the time to go over diagnosis clearly, either by phone or in person. Thank you so much for your dedication for my medical needs. Friendly and helpful staff; Milva (the star asset in the clinic) has been an absolute Angel in my life; her immediate attention to my needs and in general patient care is outstanding, professional, loyal and truly caring. Thank you for all that you do Milva! I Highly recommend this clinic for the utmost professionalism and patient care.
A	Alannah Care on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this walk-in clinic since I was a baby and I have nothing but positive things to say. When I was young, Dr. Bhabba was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and I thought no one could replace him. However, I was wrong and have been AMAZED by the kindness Dr. Shabash, Dr. Msika and Tania have all shown me over the years. I have had countless sicknesses, injuries and mental health conditions over the years and they have been quick and informative with everything I have experienced. A few years ago I was having woman-related issues and Tania reassured me, conducted a physical exam (a first for me) and made me feel comfortable. Last year, while Tania was on mat leave, I had gone through a major event that lasted 2+ months and Dr. Shabash and Dr. Msika saw me multiple times, listened to my concerns, and quickly referred me to multiple external clinicians (ENTs, x-ray technicians, scheduling me for MRIs etc.). During those few months, I had gone to the ER, but no doctor compared to the doctors here at this clinic - the kindness and the care is unmatched for me. I honestly cannot thank these doctors and staff enough for what they have done for me over the years, especially during the hardest time in my life last year. I cannot imagine going elsewhere for my health concerns.
K	Kate Gaffney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff were pretty laid back but were nice. The doctor was kind but ended up prescribing me the wrong dosage. When I went to the pharmacy my pharmacist tried to reach the clinic by phone to update my prescription and they were unreachable. I ended up needing to go on another round of medication afterwards because the dosage the doctor at this clinic provided was incorrect. Overall this just delayed my healing process and made me take an unnecessary amount of additional medication.
A	Amanda Privatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible clinic. I booked an appointment online as per their website as a "new patient" for a same day appointment a few hours later. The time comes and I do not receive a call, so I call the clinic and was immediately met with attitude, when their front desk staff rudely asked my name. Once I told the employee my name, she asked me if I was an existing patient, and I told her no, but I had registered as a new patient as per their website instructions when I booked the appointment. She told me "even though it lets you do that, it isn't true and you don't have an appointment." Even though I had booked it over their site and received an email confirmation of the appointment. I cancelled another appointment at another clinic for this, and now I am left with no care at all. Awesome, thanks. Cannot believe places like this exist. I'd give it less stars if I could.

I have nothing but nice things to say about the lovely ladies at the front desk, Milva and Jessica who have always been accommodating. Dr. Shabash and Dr Msika and especially Tanya (Their physician assistant) have always been there whenever I needed the immediate care. They are finally open much later which is great because now when I need a doctor I can go after work and jessica has always accepted me with welcoming care.
s	sarah mason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this clinic helped me so much when my baby had an infection and I couldn’t get in to see my family doctor and went to two other walk in clinics with no doctors available to help. When I called here, Milva immediately took down all my information and had the doctor call me within ten minutes of talking to her! Dr. Msika was so kind and able to prescribe an antibiotic. My son is doing much better and I cannot thank them enough. They genuinely care.
m	michelle li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading these reviews are confusing because I’ve been coming to this clinic since I was a university student back in 2013 and I’ve never had a bad experience and all the front desk staff have been nothing but kind to me. I’ve always had a good experience with Dr Shabash. The clinic is usually very busy but I’m able to see the doctor within a reasonable wait time with an appointment. I’ve seen on several occasions where front desk staff put up with a lot of rude people and they do the best they can managing all the appointments and requests. Again, I’ve never had a bad experience at this clinic and will continue to come back

I can never get through, get my blood requisitions through, my prescriptions through, NOTHING. Never had this problem until the last 3-5 years. Switching family doctors immediately. Do not come here if you care about your health and wellbeing
