The surgeries couldn’t have gone more smoothly and the attention and treatment was exceptional. To Dr. David and all the team thank you! Keep up the great work!

There was one exceptionally rude nurse and the doctor herself was in a rush and quite rude too at one point while her hand was inside my jaw. She didn't even wait to see if my nitrous gas had been administered correctly and wait for enough time before starting. However, the staff at front desk are helpful. I'm glad that it's over since my wisdom teeth were impacted and painful, but just a bit more patience on the part of the doctor would have been nice.

Especially impressive and really appreciated was the follow up phone call the next morning, first by Dr. Pong and then later in the morning from someone in the office. A tooth extraction is not an experience that is ever pleasant, but from the beginning to the end, I felt reassured of success by all involved. I am full of admiration for the skill, dedication, and understanding by all involved.

Most important, the entire staff was friendly, positive and attentive. All questions were answered immediately. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and level of care.

Everyone is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. This is my only experience with dental surgery; however, it is clear that Dr David is an excellent surgeon and cares about her patients well being. I would highly recommend her.

He saw Dr. Pong in consult and was scheduled a week later. Dr. Pong was thorough, kind and informative. Nurse Chantal was a dream! Made us both feel comfortable and assured me that my son, Steven was in good hands. He absolutely was. They all took good care of him and Dr. Pong stayed in contact with Steven over the next few days to make sure he was doing well. Minimal swelling and no bruising. Discomfort/pain was very manageable I will be bringing my other kids to see him as well. Look no further for your oral surgeon! Thank you everyone! Special mention to Haydee at the desk and the other woman there with the beautiful lashes (didn’t get your name, sorry)

Every single person I encountered, from my first call to the clinic to my actual appointment, was friendly and empathetic. Being able to call a busy clinic and actually speak to someone is rare these days. My questions and concerns were addressed quickly and I knew I was in the 'best hands' with Dr. David. She is an incredible surgeon and has a calming and compassionate demeanour. Definitely in a class of her own : )
