I was a first time home buyer when I started working with Taylor, and at the time, I wasn't feeling too optimistic about purchasing a home. Due to the insane Toronto market, and a string of poor experiences with past realtors, I was ready to put a pause on my search. When I started working with Taylor, he quickly gained my trust through his knowledge of the market, his integrity, and just his shear willingness to help. Taylor literally went above and beyond, which made buying a home for the first time easy, and with the least amount of stress possible. A FEW POSITIVES , WORKING WITH TAYLOR: 1) Made himself available anytime I needed to go over properties, and provide advice. Although he is insanely busy (which is a good sign of a realtor), he still made time to connect with me to discuss potential properties, and anything else related to the buying process. 2) Connected me with his team/contacts which which resulted in making the buying process easier, and getting me a better insurance and mortgage rates than I had previously. 3) Helped me plan a renovation for my new home, and literally sourced contractors, and materials for me in advance, including pricing out the reno. The list goes on, but these are just a few things Taylor helped with. Above all however, Taylor was respectful, and acted with HIGH integrity throughout the process. Taylor deserves all the accolades he gets, and all the positive reviews.. Yes, he's a good realtor, however he really cares about his craft, and the people he serves - which shows. I would work with Taylor again, and will be purchasing a 2nd property with him again later this year. I've worked with Realtors in the past, and none have come close to Taylor. If you work with Taylor, then you can be confident you have a good Realtor in your corner who will do his best to help you reach your goals. A score of 5/5 is merely an understatement - however its the highest Google will allow me to rate him unfortunately! Thanks Taylor!

Seeing that every other review here is 5 stars does not surprise me one bit. Taylor is a pro, we knew it from the first meeting. Data-driven, great communicator, proactive, well-organized. Flexible. We originally reached out to him about buying but then changed our mind, he took it with a smile and total understanding. We reached back out months later to sell a place in Toronto, he pointed out skillful alterations, helped us stage, time and plan the sale, put up the ad + a website/social, managed offers, and we sold at the price we wanted (and he predicted). He did all of this during his own transition to parenthood. An absolute professional, would use again 5/5!

He Is great to work with, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us sell our home quickly and efficiently. He is always polite, courteous, and knows the business well. My husband and I were out of Canada and he made the process much easier than we had thought possible. Taylor really cares about his clients and their needs and accommodates accordingly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
