It was quite a challenge we had asked Sean because he had bought our home about 9 month prior and needed to sell it for much higher than what we paid. Sean connected us with his crew to do some reno and helped us put the house ready for the market. Not only he negotiate the best price but he kept us all calm thru a very challenging transition.
