J&C were not pushy when we were looking for our new home. They took their time to accommodate our needs, they understand that buying a home is an emotional journey and sometimes there's no formula to it. There was an instance in which we wanted to put in an offer for a quick flip because of "shiny object syndrome", but Cheryl stopped us from doing that, because she knows that although the property looks shiny, it's not well designed, and it doesn't suit our needs. She did it knowing that she will end up spending even more time with us looking at other properties. To me, that's professionalism at its finest. We later ended up with a home that we are very happy about. I recommended J&C to a friend of mine who was really satisfied with their service, and I'd recommend J&C for anyone who is going through their real estate journey now.
