β β β β β I met the Broker owner of this company many years ago over the negotiating table working on a deal. While being firm and looking out for his client the broker was fair and highly ethical to deal with . Over the years our paths have crossed many times both professionally and personally and I can truly say you won't find a more upstanding individual as the broker owner. As a realtor I always think about who is going to be the other realtor on the other side of the negotiating table. When I see the name Urban Landmark on the listing, I know it is not going to be easy but it will be ethical. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone looking for a realtor.
