R	Rebecca Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere and very helpful teachers! I tried out the Introduction To Suspension Yoga Workshop this past Saturday and it was lots of fun. The studio is warm and welcoming and I felt instantly relaxed as I entered it. Trixie was very thorough in introducing Suspension Yoga and there were two assistants also on hand to help us get the poses right. I don't do yoga very often so the care and attention of the staff here was so valuable. Even for people who don't do yoga on the regular, I would say you should try this at least once. Trixie and her team are very professional and foster a great environment. This was by far the most fun I've ever had doing yoga. At the end we got to relax in the slings and it felt like we were snuggling in our own personal airborne cocoons.

J. as our instructor. He was wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable! Not to mention, patient. Ours was a big group. He made sure to check with us individually about our skill level and made the class enjoyable for each person. The suspension yoga was fun and a really great workout! The girls had a great time and the bride loved it! Thank you for a great experience!
M	Melissa Kahue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend mentioned she tried out this workout, so I really wanted to give it a try. I saw it was offered on ClassPass, so I signed up for a beginner class. The instructor was fantastic with me. She had me go beside her so that she can better instruct me and guide me through each pose. I did struggle a lot and it’s not really for me, but I didn’t feel judged there by anyone. I think if this is something you want to try, definitely try it out here!
m	madeline kaija on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy the way Lindsey teaches her classes! Lindsey is very clear and easy to understand. I feel like the little reminders she gives are exactly when I needed them. My first Ashtanga class and I felt I did it well. I will be back next week ! Namaste :)

I got a rapid response and was able to pick it up the next day, the introductory videos were really helpful too. I also appreciated the complimentary 5 virtual class pass that came with my purchase. I signed up for my first class and was pleased to see that despite being the only student registered, class was not cancelled, but rather I had a delighted on-on-one session with a very experienced teacher ( Fridays suspension restorative class). 10/10 from me all around! Thank you for the wonderful service.

The owner/ instructor centered-out my friend (a new client who had injuries that prevented her from doing all poses) as well as two other participants during the class with posture corrections- this was done without asking consent - offering no context and no options to choose how to modify best for their own bodies. A photographer was also present and taking photos during the entire class and when I expressed a safety concern around having photos taken and posted on social media the owner shared that she frequently did this and that no one has expressed a concern previously and refused to remove the photos.
