Ordered flowers on Thursday for an anniversary on Friday. Everything was smooth, and flowers were delivered timely and looked beautiful. Highly recommend!
K	Katherine Adamchick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few days before Valentines I noticed that florists were doing deliveries via the Uber app. I thought that was such a great idea and proceeded to order from Ladybug Florist a small bouquet and balloons etc for my niece and nephew. Order went through, no problem. Valentine’s Day goes by and I don’t hear anything from my sister and her family, so I check and my order was cancelled half way through the day, a couple hours short of when it was supposed to be delivered. I received no notification and while you guess Uber has some blame for that, you get the contact of the people ordering and no one ever reached out. And of course my niece and nephew, whom I told were going to receive something,, got nothing. You know Ladybug Florist? Maybe don’t add yourself to apps if you can’t fulfill the orders. I wouldn’t trust this business now if they would leave you in a lurch like this without even reaching out. Go with a reliable company that cares about customer service

I also called this morning (Valentines day) and they still made time to talk to me and answer any questions I had. Also, the flowers were gorgeous and got delivered at a great time, especially for it being Valentines day!

Have placed orders from Australia for delivery in Toronto and Ladybug have been fantastic every time. On the last order, they promptly picked up a mistake I made with the address and sorted it. That's class. The flowers were for my girlfriend who is recovering from an injury. The bouquet lifted her spirits. The pictures on the website are good but don't do full justice to the bouquets. I've bought flowers from other Toronto florists. Ladybug are way ahead of their rivals. Thanks

The quality difference between these flowers and other bouquets is absolutely crazy. The flowers haven’t stopped blooming and becoming even more beautiful since I received them 4 days ago. I was so ecstatic with the arrangement that after I called to thank my friend, I called to thank Ladybug Florist too! I am giving 4 stars now :) I ordered flowers online for Mother's Day, but they were never delivered. I received an order confirmation via email. Now I haven't been able to get ahold of the florist... My email is unanswered, no response to my voicemail either. I am very surprised because we have ordered from here before and they were fantastic... But this latest order is making me give them only 1 star. :(

I picked the “my petite valentine” flowers and it was based on seasonal flowers. I asked for pastel colors and peachy. I thought it was done well ❤️
