The flowers we chose were not even included in the very uninspiring arrangement that was sent to the funeral home. When I mentioned this to the staff at Fresh Floral Creations, the only response was a couple of text messages saying they were sorry we were disappointed. We will go elsewhere in the future.

Every time I’ve gone to fresh they have gone beyond my expectations. Those who have received arrangements from me share the same sentiment. On top of the beautiful unique designs, they use high quality fresh flowers. The arrangements last! Over a week or almost 2 with freshening the water regularly. The customer service is excellent as well. Bruno and his team are always welcoming, and take the time to ask questions to ensure they know what I’m looking for. As mentioned earlier, have gone beyond my expectations. Thank you!

However, what they created within such a limited amount of time was nothing short of spectacular. If you are looking for very traditional floral arrangements that stay completely within the margins, you may be severely limiting the artistic capabilities they bring to their craft. These are not humdrum bouquets, but rather floral art installations. Understand they are not inexpensive - however you most certainly get what you pay for - creative artistry, professionalism, and an exceptionally high quality product. I would like to thank again everyone involved in producing such a beautiful tribute to my Father. I am positive he would have loved it. You will definitely be seeing me again.
