Mandeep is a fantastic physiotherapist with great knowledge of both modern and traditional techniques. He fixed my knee and shoulder in a few sessions. Highly recommended!

Two years ago I came to Physiotherapist Mandeep Sethi with unrelenting Plantar Fasciitis in both feet, a very tight shoulder from carrying a heavy TV camera and a tight lower back/sacrum. At 54 yrs(at the time)....I felt very unhappy physically....and desperate for a solution. Mandeep made a careful examination of my range of motion and my symptoms in a sensitive and caring manor. He recommended working from head to toe on the ‘’fascia’....the ‘body-suit’ of connective tissue that covers all of our muscles and organs. He laid out a thoughtful but expert plan to start with my neck/shoulder and work from there. I can say now after months of therapy and regular maintenance, my Plantar Fasciitis disappeared! My Shoulder is back to normal....and I feel as good as I can at nearly 56 yrs! Mandeep is not only innovative in the field of physio...he takes a very active role in every appointment(Unlike the usual....go home and do these exercises)....you leave his care feeling like you can do anything again. Mandeep also has an incredible sense of humour and this helps a lot! He takes a real interest in his clients and genuinely cares about your well being. He is certainly a rare find in this field and I highly recommend him for any physio need wether large or small.

After 3 times experience with different chiropractics, I found a very good Chiropractic doctor, Dr. Peter. Who help me with my back pain a lot. Also he gave me a good exercises. Perfect location and good staff. Kinetica Health Group can submit directly my bills to my insurance company. I like that they work to make a payment easier. Very recommend :)

I followed Physiotherapist Mandeep to Kinetica from another clinic because after only a few sessions, I could see that he wanted to do more than the typical rushed physio sessions. It was the best decision I could have made. The clinic is clean and professional and everyone I've encountered has been extremely kind and personable. But it's Mandeep's innovative treatment that helped my post shoulder surgery get beyond the plateau that it had been in for months. He is assessing you visually from the time you enter the office and listens carefully to the description of your limitations. From there he develops a personal treatment plan based on your needs, limitation and threshold. He is with you for the entire session and not running from room to room like I've seen in other places. His notes are detailed and thorough so that the plan for wellness can be tracked. Most impressive to me is the technology that is used for treatment. Everywhere else uses a stim machine only. At Kinetica it seems that they are interested in keeping up with modern equipment and I believe that using these new techniques is what got my injury passed the point that I thought I'd be stuck with permanently. I definitely recommend Mandeep for physiotherapy services at Kinetica. My only regret in doing so is that his schedule will be even busier :-)

I suffered a serious knee fracture, lateral tibial plateau fracture May 2020. I searched for a Physiotherapy clinic that was close to home and found Mandeep at a different clinic. From the outset, he was very informative, knowledgeable and upfront about the treatment plan. I was in an immobilizing brace and he questioned why my orthopaedic surgeon had not suggested removal of the brace, defeating the benefits of physio. The result was orthroscopic surgery and manipulation at the end of August. Mandeep moved to Kinetica and the BEST decision I made was to follow him to this clinic. Everyone at Kinetica is professional, caring, friendly and personable, and most of all supportive and knowledgeable. With continued Physiotherapy with Mandeep I have improved significantly. Mandeep also recognized that I had developed valgus knee and informed me as well as suggesting treatment before my orthopaedic surgeon advised me. Where, the orthopaedic surgeon suggested further surgery to the knee, Mandeep and Peter suggested a rigid brace to help with the valgus, which is what I ended up doing. Both, Mandeep and Peter were so supportive, giving me the information and knowledge I needed to make my decision. KInetica not only provides great services, but they actually care about their patients, and don’t see them as a dollar sign. I’m getting ready now to get back into my gardening, which I never thought I would 6 months ago. THE BEST DECISION I MADE WAS TO FOLLOW MANDEEP TO KINETICA! He truly is the BEST physiotherapist I have ever had! I can’t thank him enough. He even follows up with me outside of his work hours to check on my progress, especially when introducing new exercise regime. THANK YOU Mandeep and Kinetica! I am a patient of Mandeep Sethi physiotherapist at Kinetica Health Group. This man is incredible! He has healed my body back from injuries that I thought would end my physically active lifestyle. I injured myself running and was convinced that I would never run again. Mandeep's knowledge, expertise and experience has changed my life. He has allowed me to enjoy running again and downhill skiing. He has allowed me to have a pain free active lifestyle. He has taught me how to care for my body and keep it healthy and vibrant. If you need a physiotherapist, look no further!!!! Mandeep is the best in the city ! Kinetica is an fantastic health group. They are extremely contentious. Always on top of all transactions in regards to insurance. They care about their clients.

So glad I found Kinetica and started treatment with Mandeep S. Sethi, MPT. Mandeep was very thorough during my consultation and was able to pin point the issue I was having with my knee. Before I started my treatment I was in chronic pain with limited mobility, and I can now happily say I am pain free and being as active as I was before my injury. Mandeep is a fantastic physiotherapist, he is professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Mandeep and Kinetica to anyone looking for physio treatment.

Excellent chiropractor! I highly recommend going here, they’re extremely friendly and professional. This goes without mentioning my year of discomfort (despite other physio and massages) that was significantly relieved in only a few sessions at Kinetica! They provided awesome insight and a variety of different exercises to solving my physical issues, if you’re like me and think you’ve tried everything (with minimal results) I definitely suggest you give them a call.
