I've had the best experience at Elements of Fitness. They've helped me recover really well after my meniscus surgery. Alice was a very experienced physiotherapist, with a lot of knowledge on how to have the best healing process after injury. They completed all of my needs, that required extra work. I've been to many other physiotherapist in the past, and can say that Alice at Elements of Fitness was the best one I've seen. Totally recommend to those suffering from injuries or need post surgery rehab.

The Elements of Fitness studio is a secluded, tastefully appointed, immaculately clean place. Christina is a kind, personable, respectful, radiant and most importantly committed, open-minded and extremely knowledgeable trainer. She is genuinely passionate about her clients' well being, taking always into account one's capabilities, constraints and goals. Her calm, yet reassuring demeanour makes even the most difficult training a joy. Over the past two and a half years EoF became an oasis for me where I always feel welcome, supported and motivated in reaching my goals. Christina helped me rediscover my body, taught me so much about it, and made me believe that I can be fit and feeling great again.

Received and excellent massage from Elizabeth. I've been to a few massage places before and I found her pressure, technique and feel to be one of the best I've had. Christina was a great host and very hospitable. They specialize in fitness, training, physio, and recovery and it's great to have all of that knowledge and advice in one place. It's a warm, welcoming setting and I definitely recommend.

I have been coming here since Christina opened her doors. Along with training, I have utilized the following services; physio with Alice and massages with Lise. I highly recommend E-Fitness if you are interested in a one on one training atmosphere with a trainer who knows what you need and helps you reach your goal. The staff is friendly and approachable and will go out of their way to help you. Questions are encouraged. I have always felt comfortable here, unlike the bigger gyms.

I highly recommend The Elements of Fitness to everyone. The service is top notch, very nice and professional people. The studio is very clean and excellent location. Many thanks to Alice, my physiotherapist, who not only has helped me with my injury but you also helped me to take care of my well being. You have been kind and compassionate to my situation. Thanks to Lise, massage therapist, as after our session, I actually slept through the night which I have never done before. Thanks to Christina on a personal level for being so kind and passionate to both my physical and mental well being. You ladies rock!!! :)

After suffering from chronic back pain for many years, Elements of Fitness has helped me decrease my symptoms by maintaining a consistent routine. Christina dedicates not only one on one time during our sessions but also goes above and beyond in customizing my recovery plan and helping me maintain my health goals. The studio space is well maintained and makes for a comfortable experience. I consider going to my sessions an important time to not only improve my immediate physical health but also focus on long-term goals. Christina is patient, encouraging, charismatic and above all genuinely cares for your personal success. I always look forward to training with her!

Christina at Elements of Fitness helped get me into the best shape of my life. I worked out with her before and throughout my entire first pregnancy. I have worked out with other trainers in the past and none knows the body as well as Christina. She knew exactly which exercises I should and could do. She’s encouraging and exudes positive energy. I really felt my best working with her. I have also seen Alice, the physiotherapist for various aches and pains. Alice has always been very through in her assessments. Overall, Elements of Fitness is a warm place to exercise and to be treated be it through massage or physiotherapy. There’s absolutely no judgement and it’s a very positive experience.

Elements of Fitness is a private studio managed by a personal trainer named Christina, and she is easily the most thoughtful, professional, and intelligent trainer that I've ever met. I was in a rut with my physical health, but she worked with me three days a week for a summer and helped me build a foundation that's gotten me far.
