At first I wasn't sure about the approach we were taking but before I basically even had a chance to finish that thought, Yash called within hours and said he had multiple offers for amounts that just blew my mind! Then, on top of that, he said we should be able to do even better than that, and he did better, unbelievable! I’m ecstatic to this day. Yash knows exactly what he's doing, with the instincts to prove it, and to say he has his finger on the pulse of Toronto real estate is an understatement. Not only is he an excellent agent, but he's a genuine, good person that really cares about the outcomes for his client, and truly tries to maximize the amount he can get for you. He loves what he does and it really shows. I never would have believed it had I not experienced it. I did not believe that agents like this existed, and now know for sure that at least one does.
