My real estate agent was very responsive (I sent a large number of emails on properties that I liked and she then gave her perspective on each building, so we quickly narrowed down the search area and parameters), and she was also very flexible in working with me (via FaceTime) to buy a property entirely remotely. One thing that was particularly helpful was that she put me in touch with the entire cadre of professionals (real estate lawyer, tax lawyer, property manager, insurance company, etc.) with whom I worked on other aspects of the transaction. It was like a one-stop-shop for buying, and then getting management for, the unit. I had a very good experience and would definitely work with BREL again.
