I bought my first property (downtown Toronto condo) with Sally and Rylie. They each separately attended showings with me and we visited the place that I ultimately purchased more than once. I liked that they were not pushy and really relied on my own feelings about a property rather than trying to tell me a place was perfect for me. Once I decided to purchase, they had connections for the additional services I needed as well (mortgage broker, handyman, etc.). On top of that, they're just very nice people who make the buying experience a pleasure. I've been very happy in my home and have always recommend Sally and Rylie to friends.

I bought my house through Sally back in 1999. It was the best purchase I ever made. For an uninformed first time home-buyer, she made the process absolutely seamless. Since then at least a dozen friends/family have also purchased through Sally. Her expertise is really in being able to quickly assess a buyer's needs and show them the right properties, without wasting their time. She is not focused on just a sale, she is focused on clients for life!

Sally and Rylie dedicate much time with us and ensure our needs are met. One person is always available to us when needed. Response to queries and documentation are always prompt. We had used their services over 15 years ago and because of their passion and dedication have used them again and we are pleased that we did. They were very successful in getting us what we wanted. For example, we were behind a couple of days to place our house on the market. They came in and worked from morning until late evening to have the house ready and on the market before the Good Friday long week. Now this is dedication. On the selling side, Sally and Rylie provided advice on updates to make to our house, assisted with staging and provided advice on pricing. Rylie's photography/video skills were instrumental in presenting our house in its best light and reaching potential buyers online. The virtual tour that Sally and Rylie made was excellent - it had thousands of views and it allowed our home to be sold to a couple who lived across the province (one of whom didn't see the house in person until after buying it). Our home sold quickly (inside of a week) and for more than we had expected, which was a nice bonus! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sally and Rylie to others to assist with buying or selling in Toronto. They are a great team and are both professional, friendly and wonderful to deal with!
