β β β β β I bought a pair of running shoes and a winter jacket here the other day. They had both in my size. The associate in the shoe department was very helpful and friendly, so was the cashier. I love that I can go into the store mid-morning and it isn't busy.

β β β β β On November 26, 2021 it was black Friday. I went with my daughter and wife to get a winter jacket and snow boot for my girl. At jacket section we tested a jacket and my daughter also liked it. The jacket price showed $199.89. On the hanger there were two black Friday discount showing $100 off. At counter when scanned it showed regular price $199.89. I told the cashier that we saw the discount tickets on the jackets and also gave one jacket with the ticket too. I donβt know howβs mistake it was but they wasted or time and we feel humiliation. So we discarded all items and left the store with out purchasing. One gentleman believed to be the manager also mentioned that they can give me 20% but its not about 10%-20% or 30% its about the customer dignity.

β β β β β Worst store I've ever been to. The way how the guy there behaved to my mother is just speechless. This store needs a way better customer service.

β β β β β Worst Service of any store i think i have been to. when you need some one to open the change room, no one is on the floor. No one likes to answer the phone in the skate sharpening department. I think this will be the last time i take my ski equipment there. I also find them to be out of stock all the time. Never have my size in clothing.

β β β β β Worst store in terms of customer experience. The guy in the floor did a great job in helping me find the right size of shoes but the cashier woman gave me a very bad attitude for double checking the price with her. As I was having a long day and rushed to the store to buy a pair of shoes, was confused on whether the price of the shoes was same as mentioned in the price tag on display. Though I paid, out of curiosity asked the woman if that was the right price, she murmured (cursed) and asked me to go take a picture of the price tag, realized that was the right amount came back to collect the shoes from cashier, she literally threw the shoes. Should take action against employees who treat customer like garbage and who thinks they own the store.
Ps: store got the right selection of shoes not the employees
Day: 20th April nearing in on closing time.
