★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection but, the staff wasn’t very much help
EDIT: Customer Service skills: 0/10. I gave this store another visit recently and have decided to not return. The female employee working here on Oct. 19th, 2019 was incredibly rude. Made eye contact as I walked in to the store but, did not greet me. I proceeded to browse around for 5 to 10 minutes, no offer to assist finding the right size. When I asked for some assistance/guidance, she was blunt and didn't offer anything. What a waste of my Saturday afternoon driving here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went looking for a dress shirt and pants for a wedding the next day. Was satisfied with the merchandise I bought. Kameron was extremely helpful in suggesting and providing what I was looking for. Definitely will be back when I'm in need of a new casual and formal clothing.

I'm so disappointed - I came here to purchase some dress pants and shirts for my other half. I was appalled with the customer service or lack of it should I say! I came in and walked around for about 5 minutes before I greeted the female employee working. I expressed to her that I needed some assistance choosing items and what sizes I needed. She was blunt, rude and downright ignorant with her responses. I put back the items I had picked up and left. I won't be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience today with Aysha. She helped me find a dress pant and sport jacket combo for an up coming family wedding. She knew my exact size and showed me some beautiful options. Very satisfied with the end result. Aysha was such a pleasure to have help me. She made me comfortable, we had laughs, and ultimately I had a great experience! Thx Aysha!

To be more precise I was there to see if they got any deals on sport blazer, upon inquiring my concern with the store employee I was told that if i am looking for cheap stuff then thats not the place. I was amazed to see her response And on top of that she treated me like i am there to beg not to buy
Will never ever go there in my life again and make sure to refrain at least my friends and family not to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store to buy some dress socks on 4 June 2022 at 11:45am. The man behind the counter couldn’t have been more rude. He first eyeballed me when I walked in from head to toe and rolled his eyes. I ignored and went and got the socks I wanted. While paying, he throws the card machine onto the counter towards me and then goes to throw the bag at me when I completed the payment. As a person in management for Customer Service, this would have to be the worst experience I have ever encountered. I don’t know if it was racially motivated or he was just having a bad day but nevertheless, shouldn’t have happened. Terrible. Never coming back here again.
