β β β β β Went with friend while extremely hungry today and was quite disappointed. Took about 30 minutes before they grabbed any empty plates, everything besides the cup was disposable... yes even utensils and plates. Not to mention no plum sauce and the soy sauce only came in packages. The food is good but considering you eat things that require a knife which isn't provided and on paper plates its more than disappointing

β β β β β The food was great. A lot of variety in terms of the sushi, but there is a lot of non-sushi food as well! The service was good too and the wait wasn't long considering there is covid.

β β β β β This place used to be good. I don't know if it is new management or what. The service was never the best but some servers are quite nice. I noticed after the pandemic, they would bring out less food than what you've ordered. Also I think they're putting something in the food to make you full faster. Probably to help cope with inflation but I think its in the rice. Good luck

β β β β β I am biased because I love their all you can eat sushi buffet. The staff are usually polite. Sometimes service is slow, overall the quality of the sushi is great. I recommend going ala cart as the portions are bigger and you have a selection of a few off buffet items. Usually ends up being cheaper anyways. I would give them a 5 or. 4.5 but I just think there are sushi joints that deserve a little more. You won't be dissatisfied with Tatami Sushi. Next time I'll take photos. Nice ambience in the restaurant.

β β β β β every bad review you read is true. this place use to be so nice its just not what it use to be. foods stale, rice was off white, didnt taste like sushi. The dinner price is still the same if not more expensive and the menu is about 1/3 of what dinner use to offer. some good OG staff but i have no nice words for the lady who brought most our food out. we were seated in an empty restaurant right by the back almost as if it saves them a walk from the kitchen, and its a really awkward place to be since all the staff stands at that corner speaking their language. We felt uncomfortable bc they could hear us just as well as we could hear them and we had nothing but bad things to say about the food. our beef ribs looked watered down and soggy, we can usually go through dozens but we left the whole plate. 1/10 food and taste wise. the styrofoam everything was also a super sad dining experience.

β β β β β This place has the absolutely worst service ever. Every server is rude, never answers your questions directly, drops the food with attitude. Hung up when I called to make a reservation. Then at the end the server demanded we tip her. A tip is for good service not making your customers uncomfortable and unwanted. Save yourself go elsewhere.

β β β β β This once was one of my favorite ayce in the city, but now it's just average. Finally visited when things are somewhat normalized and despite all the bad reviews this place got during covid its not as bad as reported.
Cost $44.28 includes 12% tips on a Friday dinner
Overall: Average
Cons: Not alot of variety sashimi see picture 2.
Pros: Fish is very fresh and well portion

β β β β β Very small portions at a time. Just need to keep ordering. I understand you don't want it to be wasted but 2 pieces will not be wasted when there are 2 people. However, the food was really good. I enjoyed it! Staff are NOT welcoming at all. In our 2 hours duration only time more than 2 sentences was spoken was when we were asked for drinks. I will go again since the food was good. Don't care for the rest.
