I came in early before 9:30 am as they supposed to open during that time. The CSR was late and when she came in, she took her sweet time (ordering food, brushing her hair etc.) while the customers were waiting for her to open the PNB office. It was 9:53 am when she opened the office and started serving the line with an attitude. Great Job! This is the best way to represent the PNB brand! #PhilippineNationalBank #PNBscarborough

The lady over the phone isn't professional when dealing with clients. Not pleasant at all. As much as I wanted to open an account with them, I would rather give my business to BPI

I don't want to give negative review as much as possible but the treatment I've got from the lady in the reception is not a service that everyone wants to receive. I travelled from 1.5 hour just to reach her office waited for almost 2 hours because the line outside was so long just to get inside and be served. When finally it's my turn I told her the reason why I travelled far but the only response I've got is to comeback the other day because she's serving a lot of people and she will be closing in an hour. I said I can't because of travel time and that I can't go out too often but she was getting annoyed at me perhaps that she mentioned that I did not even open my account here in Canada. I asked her if I can go to their head office instead but she said they are not dealing with the purpose why I go there and that where I opened my account is the one who can help me with my issue. I have a joint account but since I am the principal I can take off the other recipient on my account. Why is that not possible where the branch in the Philippines advised me to the nearest PNB office here in Canada. Seriously?

The Branch is convenient place for remitters. Only suggestion I have is, should consider extending their Business/Operating hours until 7.30 pm for at least two days during the week-days to to facilitate working people.

I like my Ate who always assess me especially when i can't go in person. Its so convenience to sent etransfer and no need for me to drive. I got my receipt tru my email same time i send the money. Thank you and highly recommend, best service, always has best rate. ? Gerlie J.

Excellent service and always friendly! And they are experts there and really know how to help you. I let my account go dormant due to the pandemic. I filled out the form for reactivation and paid the fee. So far no problems. Anyone who works there is efficient and meticulous so you can trust them. I am happy to go there as I'm always greeted with a smile!!
