Tried it for the first time, and it was great.
Poutine is great, just right, not too salty.
My fish i ordered comes with the caesar salad.
Friendly worker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this spot. They moved to this nice new-ish spot from a ramshackle plaza on Pharmacy, and I'm very happy to see them doing well. The proprietors are extremely friendly, and they really try hard to make you happy.
The cod here is really good - the batter is light, flaky, and overall tasty. It's everything I ever wanted in a fish and chips, while the fries are a bit smaller than most places (which I like as I don't like chunky fries). The only issue is that the place here is quite expensive. A good meal is gonna set you back easily 20 bucks a person, so it's quite pricey for a "simple meal". Still, it's a good meal so I can't complain too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First review I've done in a while. Also the first time i've been to Hamish's kitchen ? WOOOOOW!! Im actually very impressed ? the food was sooo delicious ? the halibut was on point, the batter was super crispy even with vinegar on it!! The fries, onion rings were also blessed ? The poutine was bombbbbb and enormous plus the use real cheese curds ??. The service was great super nice on the phone and in person as well ? sooo glad I found this spot I'll be coming back this is my new fish and chips place ☺ my pictures say it all ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty fish. Fries where mediocar at best. We wanted to add coleslaw to our order when we got to pick up and they took 10+ min. Overpriced! Very overpriced !
I give it 3 stars because the fish was good and tasteful, the tartar sauce was plentiful and tasty. Over all, if you don't care for overpriced food or speedy service this is the place to go for some tasty fish.
We got 2+ one of each fish as seen in the photos .
