★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best shisha bar I have been too for numerous reasons. The customer service, shisha, and vibes overall are an easy 5 stars. The owners and staff treat you like their own friends. Even when their main employee, Libaan, is swamped with multiple customers, he is always ensuring your needs are met.
I have been visiting from NY since the place has opened and Libaan is definitely their best employee!
I will definitely be recommending and revisiting.

The owner and employees were also so nice and accommodating. Liban is the man!! He’ll hook you up! Definitely come here! You won’t regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here the other day with a group of my friends and I can confidently say Xhale has to be the best shisha bar in Toronto! The cafe is very clean and all staff are friendly and made sure our experience was incredible. The server continuously came to see our table and asked if we needed anything. Shisha tasted very good and lasted a very long time. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new spot to either have a chill day or a fun time to go check out xhale. Thank you again to all staff for the wonderful experience.
