I cancelled a vehicle and then had it out back on that same day, and they were more than willing to help me with it. Didn’t give me any hassle or complain and the guy that I was dealing with even stayed late to make sure I was being taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Today aug 6,2019 I went in and was asked to sit down while the lady at the desk was finishing up her personal call. Loud enough for everyone to hear.
After 15 minutes she directed me to josh who seemed to be bothered that I was looking for a quote on home and auto insurance. My husband and I got that impression that we were a hinderance to him. While he took my name and phone number he seemed very agitated, banging on the keyboard and even pounding on the desk.
I felt very intimidated by his physical display, that those hairs on the back of my neck stood up and told me to go.
Josh seems to need some stress leave or something because when a client who is looking to change insurance company is coming in, they should definitely should be greeted better, and treated with more respect than we received.

Well Lisa didn't skip a BEAT. Her professionalism and speed are unparalleled, while being beyond accommodating of my busy work days, she gave it to me quick and concise. All while making sure I wasn't missing anything and was covered completely.
If anyone is looking for a broker I highly recommend Lisa. She will forever be my go to for all insurance related topics and I feel safe knowing she has my best interests at heart and works hard for her company.
