★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bbq chicken pizza was very good. Nice crust and lots of toppings and the price was reasonable. I was disappointed with the ceasar salad. It was fresh but it was cut so big that it was hard to eat. There wasn't much parmesan cheese on it and not enough dressing.
The staff were friendly and very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to pick up a delivery order at 933pm on Dec 3 2021. I had my bag on the counter by the window and the employee asked for my order number. As he was walking up, I grabbed my bag to put it on the counter infront of him and he scolded me like I was a child and told me 'leave your bag on the other counter.' A little bit of courtesy goes a long way. Maybe the staff needs a brush up course on manners. He was rude and unprofessional and I don't appreciate being talked to that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove across Canada in the end of summer and had a FANTASTIC if not THE BEST PIZZA in ALL OF CANADA (PANAGO PIZZA) at this location!
Service was great. Kind and Fast! Was just remembering the trip and This PIZZA I tell ya! Its still in my memory. The best tasting pizza vs all the panagos I've had (ontario/bc). Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza is awe full. The thin crust is very flimsy and not crispy at all. The Deluxe Hawaiian pizza was ok at best. To call in an order you are directed to a call centre. It took a ridiculous amount of time for the lady to input my name address and phone number, however she was very polite. First time ordering Panago in Medicine Hat and definitely the last for me.

I’ve visited a few times and have never felt welcomed.
Their contact tracing was impressive, yet verging on invasive as they require a name, phone number and address to order in person.
