I've had the chance to work with a lot of them and was never disappointed. Super friendly, understanding and helpful people. Would definitely recommend to give them a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was newly hired and manager told me in advance that site supervisor has a bad attitude at the site where I will be going! Manager told me he will look into any problem occurs if supervisor is rude or not doing her job. So I accepted and went to my site. During my first week at the site, I experienced 100-200 packages to log faily because supervisor was leaving all the packages for me to do in the evening shift. I informed that stupid rohit manager about this issue and he never tried to fix it. Site supervisor was not logging any packages in her shift because she work two jobs one at SMS and other at Sword security daily, so she was taking it easy but not professional. At last when I asked to change my site because manager failed to get supervisor do her job he decided to terminate me like they did the same way to my friend. This company is true example of unprofessionalism. I got another job 2 days later because I got good experience so I don't care about SMS but definitely will not recommend to any body and will ask my every reference to give them 1 star only on google and get them down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted the security guard stationed at our apartment asking for clarification on a parking violation. I went to the booth multiple times throughout the day to get a parking permit but no guard was present. When I called to clarify if the vehicle would be allowed to park tomorrow given the violation he kept repeating the same sentence, did not understand my question, and then promptly hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've worked for SMS for over four years, and it's been a great experience. The two account managers I've had have also been very responsive, and excellent in advising me on issues or helping me out. SMS in general has been supportive of personal issues when I had to take an unexpected leave from the site, and in dealing with problems arising from the site/residents for me and my co-guards. I greatly enjoy working for them.

As a student I have limited hours to work and college schedule which varies time to time. SMS office staff made things easier for me and accommodated me as much as possible. Thank you so much

I have been working for the past 5 years and during this time I have never faced any issue.
