★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olena from this agency sent an unsolicited letter to my home looking for a seller with a unit for “a buyer who is looking for a condo in this building.” Considering I live in an apartment building (not a condo), this letter is a complete waste of time and resources. I would not trust this brokerage with any real estate dealings, since they clearly do not understand the difference between a condo and a purpose-built rental.
