Any time we have an issue he's arranged to have it fixed so quickly and without fuss. I messaged him at 9:45pm that my bathroom fan wasn't working and the very next morning he came to assess the problem and arranged to have it fixed! Steve is so kind, very professional and takes his tenants needs very seriously. I would recommend him to anyone!

In an industry where you need to watch your back, he has always been extremely fair. In the time I've known him we have rented from him twice and I felt confident enough in him to refer him to my mother when she was selling her property. He was just not after the deal and took her considerations into account, I've had too many dealing in the past in real estate when the person wanted to make the deal and collect their commission without a concern for their client. So I appreciate it when it comes to the biggest transaction we deal with in our lives that there's someone you can trust. From a renter perspective any issues that has come up, Steve has handled it promptly, so when we looking to move back downtown Steve was the only one we called up.
