Wow!! I can't say enough great things about Jamie. After moving into our condo only a year and a half ago we outgrew the space fast and were scared about selling too quickly. Jamie brought a level of expertise and knowledge of the condo market in Toronto that blew us away. Jamie is everything you are looking for in an agent with the benefit of being genuinely excited about his chosen career. ( made obvious by all of the informational videos he posts) Jamie not only had professional photos and 3d walkthrough done of our space but also went above and beyond to make a video showcasing all the incredible things that make our area of Toronto so special. We were introduced to Jamie nearly a year ago from my sister who knew him as part of her network. At that time, we were not ready to move, and shared that with Jamie, but he was willing to chat with us. We had a positive experience, so when it was time for us to move, many months later, we reached out to him. We were first time condo renters and we were very particular in what we wanted in a unit, including neighbourhood, walkability, square footage and condo amenities. We were not really willing to sacrifice any of our needs and Jamie didn't ask us to. For all our showings he was punctual and came prepared with all the specs on the rental unit and its amenities. He was knowledgeable with the condo buildings and neighbourhood that he was showing us. He was able to point out that one of the units we were interested in was facing a property that was scheduled for an upcoming demolition and noted that it might be very dusty and noisy, so we were able to make an informed decision and ultimately reject that unit. (The demolition did happen soon after). Jamie was very responsive outside normal business working hours and was willing to do showings for us around our working schedules. He set us up with email notification alerts and also personally reached out to us with some rental units that he thought we might have missed and might be interested in. Jamie did quite a few showings for us and when we weren't able to move to a new place when we originally planned and was delayed for many months, Jamie was patient with us and never once put pressure on us to submit an offer. We finally decided on a place and Jamie walked us through the rental application and pointed out clauses that he thought might be contentious and provided guidance on how to work around them. We are excited about moving into our new home and we couldn't have done it without Jamie's help. He has helped make the transition very smooth. Jamie helped sell my moms home. He made the process very easy and was very helpful in any questions I had. He kept us up to date with detailed information on how the market was trending. He was great at giving suggestions and on how to prepare our home for sale and offered to assist us in getting the house cleaned out, having cleaners come in, he helped make all aspects very easy.
