Their staff really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We had a wonderful experience there with Jack. Highly recommend Spokes and Sports.

They had the components I needed for my cross bike and and cheaper than online. Better, the bike tech guy (Jordan) was pretty knowledgeable, diagnosing the problems and worked on my bike quickly, getting it to as-good-as-new with the replacement components... also at a surprisingly good price. Straight up, this will be my LBS going forward.

They are super knowledgeable and have everything you could need sports and bikes wise. I've also had multiple small fixes that they generously didn't charge me for! I will continue to support this local business as long as I can.

I needed to bring it in for minor warranty work a few weeks after buying it and they fixed the problem within in a few days and had it back to me. Great experience and I will be back when it's time for an upgrade!

I bought a new stick and a gripper that's round and supposedly easily to slide on to the square stick. Well it wasn't. I returned to spokes and Jordan Kaplansky spent undivided attention and got it onto the stick perfectly after a few attempts. A lovely associate and most professional. Thanks for the great service. My last couple times there I was helped by Andrei who was a huge help getting me a TREK bike which has been an absolute treat to ride, as well as an OPUS bike for my girlfriend. Andrei went above and beyond to not only make sure that we got the bikes we wanted, but also to teach us about the bikes and how to maintain them properly. He is a wealth of knowledge and really made the experience of buying bikes very enjoyable. And the rest of the staff have always been great as well. I will be returning to Spokes in the future for sure!!

He was able to help me find the pair of skates that would fit my foot best and then heat mold the skate for a perfect fit. I continue to got back to get my skates sharpened and get bike repairs and I'm always very happy with the service and results!
