I brought my vintage road bike frame to La Bicicletta after powder coating it to have it reamed and and faced. I was very happy with the work they did. You can see it in the attached photos. After picking up the frame I had some trouble installing the crown race on the fork. I hesitated to force it, as I did not want to damage the fork or the race. I brought it back to the shop and they took care of it for me while I waited at no extra charge. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable staff!

Don't trust their so called, self titled, mechanics. Got a new pair of Conti GP5000 wheels and asked for putting them on my wheels. The mechanic couldn't do it right and gave me a wobbly front wheel. After checking the wheel he put blame on my brand new wheels. So untrue. Won't do business with them anymore. First and last one.

Horrible experience bringing my bike here to get repaired. Brought my bike in to get the wheels trued and to have them look over the bike. I was told I can get their $100 repair package it will true the wheels and they will tune the gears and make sure everything is safe. 2 weeks later my bike is ready I pay the $120 for the service it included them cutting my seat post shorter they charged $10 on the spot for that...don't know why not free honestly 2 secs to cut for $10 after I just got my bike repaired there. Brought my bike home was raining didnt take it out...next day I went for a ride and the gears were just skipping badly not rideable. I then rode it to the bike store yet again. The mechanic told me I may need a new gear set and a chain (chain was new that was on it) I asked whats the cost of the parts he told me he doesn't know exact price but gave me a big price jump from parts on the spot he then told me he will call me to let me know how much the new parts would be. Remember he said I may need a new chainset (may need). 2 days after I dropped it off for the second time I get a call from them I missed the call, I thought they were going to tell me how much the parts cost but I called back and I got your bike is ready for pickup I said how much? what do you mean i thought they fixed it for cheaper as they should have done this beforehand when I brought it into the shop. They said there was no way knowing the gears were not working properly.....why would they offer that service if they can't test it properly. Fast forward to last night I go and put the lube on the Chain and I notice my saint bottom bracket is missing a threaded end cap. This place will not be recommended to anyone of my friends or family. Spent close to $300 including there $30 bike cleaner the first repair bill and there $30 bike lube the second repair. The bike clicks when riding now with new parts they put in, just horrible service from what I thought was a high end bike store. I've had better luck and better service in the past on smaller bike stores. Went here cause it was close and they sell high end bikes like 30 grand bikes just thought they knew what they were doing that's all. My bike was not a single speed racer it was a duel suspension downhill mountain bike. They take it they said they will repair it....they cannot repair mountain bikes competently mark my word. I suggest you stick to your road bikes honestly don't say to a customer you can repair when truly you don't have the staff or skill to properly repair these bikes. I want my bottom bracket threaded end cap back aswell I will call Monday and ask about it. This is not right what they do to customers. I will update this aswell.

Super place and even better people - this is why I keep coming back. I am rebuilding an old Colnago and needed a GXP ITA 70 BB, from answering my call to placing the order and updating me on the status - I am simply blown away with the professionalism knowledge and friendly staff. Very nice selection of products to keep my eyes happy, and special tools to help build my collection. Lucky my wife has my wallet on lock down - otherwise my bike purchasing impulses - I am sure there will be another bike or two added to my collection.

Love this shop. Great customer service. The person who helped me had great advice and offered a nice balance of attentiveness and leaving me to explore on my own. Also a gorgeous shop. They gave my companion coffee while we shopped.

Really happy that they carry Time bicycles! Davide and his team was easy to communicate and completed a recent warranty claim for me without issue. I'd recommend to other cyclists looking for a dependable dealer.
