Highly commend you to shop at Cachet Sports check. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Today I am thankful for Saranjan who has closely journeyed with me, to share his knowledge and experiences that I can find the best winter clothing for my family. Yesterday Chole and Frankline have also patiently guided me through to find other items. Today as usual I shopped here again and encountered Nithursha, the cashier who friendly and efficiently served me. She has shown professionalism in your manner and speed of service. I love the staff in this store.

The shop in the back that service skate, ski, snowboard and bikes etc has very limited capacity. The management doesn't seem to care about the issue.

Never knew this place existed here. Today I took my boys for some shopping here and really liked their service. The associates at the shoe department were very courteous and helpful and the variety was great as well.

First visit to this Sport Chek location and it went very smooth. Service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Good to see that they have a repair/ service shop here. Very good sporting store.

such a bad experience here. Me and my friends got five snowboards to wax. The wax card expired at March 31. I brought 2 snowboards to store on March27 and 3 snowboards on March28. The technician said they don’t take any more snowboards on March28, so I had to bring the 3 snowboards to somewhere else. But the time I was picking up my 2 snowboards that should get wax done by April 1. They told me one of them still have not get waxed, and tell me to pick it up April 4. And it turns out to be, they are calling me at April 3, saying they are not doing any type of waxing, and tell me to pick up my board myself. First of all, if the card got expired by March31, why I cannot send my 3 boards to wax on March28? Second, if the store already took my 2 snowboards on March27, why they are not get wax on time? Third, if it cannot get wax, why not informing the customer in advance, so that they can find other store? Now the costumer has to take back a non waxed board and cannot find any other place to wax. I don’t understand whose responsibility for this. Really a bad experience here, not coming here anymore

If you like little to no service go here. Walk into the store looking for an pair of Sorel winter boots. I headed over to the shoes section on the north side of store and no one in the department was available. Walk over to the cashier and asked if she could page an associate for me in the boots section, she did just that. Walked back to the shoes section and waited. That is not the bad part. While I was waiting there was another couple with a baby in need of assistance. Standing in plain site a sales associate walk over from the south side of the store and asked me if I needed help, I said yes but please help the couple standing over there first as they had a new born baby, I don’t mind waiting. After helping the young couple the associate started help another lady, no problem. And then another? At that point I just left. I personally will not go back the this store for anything. No good deed goes unpunished

Only a few of the personnel there are ready to help and only one or two are knowledgeable about the products and the promos. There is a clear lack of training on the products available in store, the promos and on how to handle customers. They have to constantly go check with other staff members about questions we had about the products and the promos. We were also mistreated by the manager on the night of the 25th of Feb when we went there and were asking to apply a promo we received by email. One staff on the floor told us that we shall get the promo at the counter. But when we went to the counter with the products the cashier refused to apply the promo stating we need to show proof which we had on email. We asked to call the manager. Using a very obnoxious tone the manager who came to assist the cashier, said she was doing us a favour applying the promo for us. After seeing this rude and inappropriate behaviour, we left and said we shall just purchase the things on sportschek.ca where we get the same promo. On the way out, we could hear the manager telling us to get out of the store in the rudest way. We have no words to express the unprofessionalism at that store.

This is my go-to Sportchek locations. Always have the items I want in stock. Service shop staff are so friendly - always get a perfect skate sharpen here. Thanks to all the staff, I really appreciate your hard work during the pandemic!
