F	Fatema Shamshudin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in this morning to ask for some help about a product I purchased about a week ago. The girl at cosmetic station was extremely rude. Without even hearing me out she was so abrupt that give me your receipt otherwise I have nothing for you. My concern had nothing to do with the receipt but rather just a question to look for expiry date on the product I purchased. Thanks to Maria who helped me later. But early in morning and the girl's attitude was very inappropriate. She should rather resign if she has no time to either greet the customers or even at least hear out.
E	Eddy Hung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this location for their pharmacy as I just finished a 2 hour dental surgery. I was prescribed pain killers and seriously needed to get them asap as I was in pain. Now I know it's not possible to serve someone right away but they only had ONE pharmacist working here and I ended up waiting almost half an hour before I could even drop off my prescription. As I stood there while the pharmacist took my prescription and entering information onto the computer she kept telling me how the system couldn't save some info or the computer kept freezing. I asked her how much longer it would take and received a reply "I don't know". I've been to other shoppers drug mart pharmacies before and they always tell me approximately how long I have to wait for. Eventually she told me the system is having issues, it froze and she had to restart the system. At that point I decided to get my prescription and get it elsewhere. My suggestion for this location is to have more than just one pharmacist working here.
C	Chester Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small store. There is Canada Post. One cannot find all the products that are usually in other Shoppers drug Mart. There is no freezer, so do not expect there is icecream, frozen pizza, etc.

I was going to grab some eggs at T&T and the line up was crazy on Saturday afternoon. So I went into shoppers hoping to grab some eggs but sadly they don’t carry since they are right next to a supermarket.
L	Lotus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not surprised to see so many one or two stars. I just called this location and.asked the pharmacy about medication. She is very rude. She told me the medication is not available in the store and wanted to hang up. I have to remind her to order it (she should know that she can order it) because the location is convenient for me. And she kept saying she needs deposit bla bla. It's ok to pay deposit. But I need to know do you need prescription. If the prescription is needed, when I go to the store to pay deposit, and you said I need prescription! It will waste my time. I am asking her and she hang up on me despite I said:" WAIT." I have ordered the same medication at Young & 16th location, where the service is perfect. I didn't expect this lady's service. Seems like she doesn't known her job, like to order the medication. And her tone is very impatient.

Shoppers is always great for a quick stop to buy shampoo, toiletries, what have you, but their customer service could be better. I went to their pharmacy to book a COVID test for an upcoming flight in a week and a half. When I asked the lady at the front if she could help me, she was very rude. She kept raising her voice to tell me that I couldn't schedule a test, but didn't explain why or offer me any other options, just yelled at me as if I was a nuisance. I asked when it was possible for me to schedule a test and other questions, like if I could come back another time to schedule one, and again, she was just super rude. Eventually, after fishing for answers, she told me I had to come back a couple of days before my trip and I can just walk in to do a test (but mind you, she also said that if there are too many people in line that day, it might not be possible to do the test, which is why I wanted to book an appointment in the first place to make sure I can guarantee the test). So after a curt goodbye from her, I decided it wasn't worth it and went someplace else. TL;DR Just a really poor customer service experience from the pharmacy staff. All my other experiences from before this one has also been similar, but this really takes the cake. I would go back to shoppers to buy daily essentials, but not much else.
K	K W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for this location's post office. Today is June 1st at noon. The attendant (Jing) at the post office was nothing short of lazy. I had two packages that I put on the counter. She asked me to put them one by one on the scale so that she could scan each. Then I was asked to put the packages in the bins to the left. Honestly I don't know why she didn't want to touch the packages. Since she had NO issue serving the person ahead of me. However there comes a time when the person accountable for the job needs to actually DO the job. Note to Shoppers - This is a training opportunity. Erica from the Major Mackenzie & Bayview location is amazing. Cross train Jing with Erica. Just a thought!
