I ordered 2 canvas' all through the online system and they waited until the next day for me to come in and pick them up at 6pm, two days before Christmas, to tell me they had none left and couldn't do it.
They were extremely rude about it all and didn't even try to help.
They could of called around to another Wal-Mart or at the very least, called me when they received my order.
Thanks for absolutely nothing Wal-Mart!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took and order and paid for 59 photos to be printed thru the online store. Got an email the next day saying my order was delayed. Went in on Saturday to pick up my photos because I needed the photos. Apparently the computer had crashed an no one would be in to fix it until Tuesday. Called on Wednesday and the company responsible for fixing their system showed up late and then never finished and now won't be back until Thursday late to fix. Tried calling the online number and they said they couldn't transfer my order to another store and I would have to re send my order and pay again and then wait for a refund. This is unacceptable and i will never use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered over 250 prints through their online photo center. It's been a few years since I'd done so but never had an issue before with print quality. At any rate, they were done within 24 hours but when I went and picked them up the colours were washed out, there was banding in some of the blue, the paper was super thin, and a good portion of the photos had a white tear like line on one edge. To be honest, I could have gotten better prints off my inkjet printer. If you're looking for quality prints I'd avoid this place as it's a waste of time and money. I sent the exact same batch to Costco and the difference was night and day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some pictures on February 28th, today is March 16th I still do not have the pictures. However when I called inquiring about them yesterday I was told to come in and pick them up before coming in i did ask them to confirm the photos were in, the staff member looked and then told me no they are not in and it’s possible they might be in tomorrow. They have no clue what is going on in their own department. These workers have a 5star level of not caring or incompetence. Regardless it’s been two weeks and I am ready to believe they have lost my prints. Oh well no big deal, nobody seems to care.
On the morning of March 16th. I received a Fed Ex tracking number indicating that I should receive my photos by March 19th. TWENTY DAYS, I have had shipments sent from New York requiring customs arrive in less than half the time it is taking to have Walmart photos. Absolutely ridiculous!
March 19th I’ve got my photos. After speaking to a manager he has given me a 50% discount on all the frames that I wanted. He took my information as to hopefully this won’t happen again. I feel as if I have been looked after according.
