β β β β β Went in there already not happy that I had to shop there instead of at AdditionElle. Upon entering the store, (wearing my 'mandatory' mask to even enter) and im promptly yelled (not asked politely, not given proper customer service) at to sanitize my hands using your provided sanitizer. I used my own prior to entering as I have skin sensitivities. After I complied and used yours much to my own discomfort, not a single time was I offered help. Not asked what I was looking for. I work in retail and have for the last 15 years and I wouldn't dream of treating my customers the way your staff have. I wont be back. I will have to find a competitor who is more interested in helping me find what I'm looking for rather than treating their customers as if they are all infected.

Greeted me right away, super attentive helping me find new shoes, and helped me with an online return without any judgement or hassle. Both of the staff members that I dealt with were really friendly and helpful with suggestions. The new store is nice too, seems a lot larger?
