We where first time home buyers, and knew nothing of the industry and what to expect. He took the time to explain everything step by step and what needs to be done to purchase property. I can't tell you how many listings we saw, and at one point we felt so bad that we where going to give up. We where looking for a year and Sia told us not to give up and sure enough we found property within our budget and acctually got the condo. Sia was very hands on throughout the whole process of drawing up the paper work and making sure we understood everything before we signed. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell or purchase!
