β β β β β Used Goldenway Realty for an Estate sale of a condo. Alfred and staff were very helpful in recommending repairs and preparation of the unit for sale. Goldenway arranged for all repairs, preparation and cleaning before the sale. Took a load off the Executor of the estate. Alfred and staff were very pleasant to work with, professional at all times and easy to communicate with. Very responsive to all queries and requests. Unit sold above the asking price. Customer service seems top of mind at Goldenway.

He emailed and did some work for me on Christmas Eve (of ALL nights) and was able to get for me a few rental property listings. He met me and we toured the homes together.
I am SUPER thankful for his professionalism, attention to detail and, above all, his customer-focused approach to his vocation.

β β β β β Great service, sold over asking and found our new home within 2 weeks! It is wonderful to work with Jesse, Itβs like having a friend on the βinsideβ that is working for you. He really care about us as well as the community and neighbourhood we live in! Eventually, we got a new home with a great price and perfect timing for closing with Jesse's outstanding negotiation skill!
